You'll play a key role in designing, developing and supporting sophisticated marketing automation solutions that connect millions of customers with some of the world's biggest live entertainment, sport and cultural experiences.
About the Opportunity:
Working as part of a high-performing Marketing Technology team, you'll take ownership of Salesforce Marketing Cloud engineering, helping deliver scalable, data-driven customer journeys and seamless marketing automation across multiple markets.
This is a hands-on technical role where you'll collaborate closely with marketing, data and engineering teams to build innovative solutions that improve customer engagement while ensuring platform performance, governance and security.

You'll be responsible for:
- Designing, developing and implementing marketing automation solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Building customer journeys, automations, audience segmentation and personalised communications.
- Developing and maintaining API integrations between Marketing Cloud and enterprise platforms including CRM and customer data platforms.
- Working with SQL, AMPscript and JavaScript to deliver scalable marketing solutions.
- Supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, governance, security and platform optimisation.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, engineering and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting complex platform and integration issues.
- Supporting customer data, consent management and compliance across APAC markets.
- Contributing to continuous improvement, documentation and adoption of new Marketing Cloud capabilities.
- 3-5 years' experience in a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer, Solutions Engineer or Marketing Technology role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Contact Builder and CloudPages.
- Experience developing with SQL, AMPscript and JavaScript.
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs or middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, data modelling and marketing technology ecosystems.
- Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, CDPs or similar customer data platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting regional or global marketing technology platforms will be highly regarded.
