We're partnering with a global leader in digital entertainment to recruit a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will lead customer lifecycle strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with both local and global teams, you'll own the strategy and execution of customer lifecycle initiatives, from acquisition and engagement through to retention and loyalty, while partnering with some of the country's leading venues, promoters and entertainment brands.
About the Role:
As the senior marketing lead across customer lifecycle and CRM, you'll be responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes while enhancing every stage of the customer journey.
You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working across multiple campaigns simultaneously while collaborating with internal stakeholders, external clients and agency partners to deliver best-in-class marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing lifecycle marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and repeat attendance.
- Leading integrated marketing campaigns across CRM, email, paid media, social, web, affiliate marketing and other digital channels.
- Owning campaign planning, execution, optimisation and post-campaign analysis.
- Building audience segmentation strategies that deliver personalised customer experiences.
- Using customer insights and performance data to continually improve campaign effectiveness and commercial outcomes.
- Managing campaign budgets and optimising marketing investment across channels.
- Acting as a trusted marketing partner to key clients, venues and promoters, providing strategic recommendations and campaign leadership.
- Working closely with global marketing, data and technology teams to deliver scalable lifecycle initiatives.
- Leading campaign reporting and presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Mentoring and supporting members of the marketing team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
You'll be an experienced CRM or lifecycle marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience leading customer lifecycle, CRM or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong experience developing customer journeys, segmentation strategies and data-led marketing programs.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, paid media, social and web.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing activity into measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability and confidence interpreting campaign performance and customer insights.
- Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience within ticketing, live entertainment, sport, hospitality or other high-volume B2C environments.
- Experience working with customer data, audience segmentation and marketing automation platforms.
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences through data-driven marketing.
- Existing relationships across the entertainment, venue or events industry.
