About the Opportunity:
As Marketing Coordinator – Paid Media & Client Services, you will support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of live events and clients.
Working closely with the broader Marketing team, promoters, venues and key stakeholders, you'll coordinate campaign delivery across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic and emerging platforms, helping drive ticket sales, audience growth and exceptional fan experiences.
You'll also act as a key day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring campaigns are delivered seamlessly while providing proactive, responsive and commercially focused support throughout the event lifecycle.
The role offers the opportunity to work across major live entertainment campaigns and attend events throughout Australia and New Zealand as part of an ambitious, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Campaign Management
- Coordinate and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and other digital channels.
- Support campaign setup, trafficking, budget management and optimisation activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve outcomes.
- Assist in developing audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate creative assets and campaign deliverables across all phases of the event lifecycle.
- Manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Support testing initiatives designed to improve conversion rates and return on advertising spend.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding campaign delivery and marketing activity.
- Respond to client requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables and reporting requirements.
- Build strong relationships with promoters, venues, rights holders and agency partners.
- Attend client meetings and contribute campaign updates, insights and recommendations.
- Produce campaign performance reports and post-event summaries.
- Analyse marketing, sales and audience data to identify opportunities and communicate key insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve future campaign performance.
- Support campaign forecasting and planning discussions.
- Support presale, on-sale and event launch activity.
- Assist with website tracking and campaign implementation requirements.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives across the client portfolio.
- Attend key events and support onsite marketing activity where required.
You are a commercially minded marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys combining data, creativity and client relationships to deliver outstanding results.
You will bring:
- 2–4 years' experience in digital marketing, paid media or client services.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical, reporting and campaign optimisation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- A solid understanding of customer acquisition, conversion marketing and digital performance metrics.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience within entertainment, ticketing, sport or live events will be highly regarded.
