The Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Co-ordinator – Product & Events will play a key role in bringing products to market, supporting events and promotions, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across all marketing touchpoints.
This role suits someone who thrives on detail, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and has a strong appreciation for design, interiors and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal stakeholder communications, including preparation of product support and sales enablement materials
- Manage marketing projects against detailed briefs, timelines and workflows
- Coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Prepare clear, engaging briefs for internal teams and external partners
- Assist with product launches, events, promotions and sample coordination
- Liaise with advertising and creative partners and provide required materials
- Maintain strong attention to detail across all marketing outputs
- Use project management tools and processes to track tasks and deliverables
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar marketing, product or events role
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, business or communications
- Strong copywriting, communication and interpersonal skills
- A trained eye for colour, design, imagery and photography
- Experience working with detailed briefs and structured workflows
- Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with sample management is advantageous
- Background or strong interest in architecture, interiors or design-led industries highly regarded
