We are inviting expressions of interest for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day planning and delivery of marketing activity across a high-profile events and precinct environment.
This is a pivotal role, acting as the central connector between stakeholders, campaigns and specialist marketing teams — ensuring activity is delivered seamlessly, on time and aligned to commercial outcomes.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Marketing (ANZ), you will be the primary day-to-day marketing lead — overseeing campaign planning, stakeholder management, approvals, execution and performance reporting across a diverse portfolio of events.
You will also direct the workflow of a specialist team spanning growth marketing, lifecycle/CRM, customer communications and data & insights.
Key Responsibilities :
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for key stakeholders
- Coordinate marketing activity across multiple partners and event groups
- Manage campaign briefing, timelines, approvals and delivery schedules
- Provide regular updates on activity, performance and upcoming priorities
- Escalate risks, blockers or performance issues where required
- Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, data, martech and service teams
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: announcement, presale, on-sale, upsell, event comms and post-event activity
- Develop and coordinate integrated marketing plans across events and precinct initiatives
- Brief internal teams across CRM, paid media, data and customer communications
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and aligned to objectives
- Coordinate media planning, including audience targeting, budgets and tracking
- Manage agency partners, including briefing, performance oversight and post-campaign reviews
- Oversee organic social content planning to support ticket sales and audience growth
- Ensure tracking, tagging, pixels and attribution are correctly implemented
- Partner with CRM and data teams on audience segmentation and reporting
- Maintain campaign calendars and marketing schedules
- Coordinate weekly campaign reporting and monthly performance summaries
- Translate campaign performance into actionable insights with the Data & Insights team
- Support quarterly planning and performance review sessions
- Ensure campaigns follow approval processes and governance frameworks
- Maintain documentation across campaign plans, budgets, approvals and outcomes
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing management, campaign management or marketing operations
- Strong experience across digital campaigns, email/CRM and paid media
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, not essential)
- Experience managing agency partners and marketing budgets (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong process orientation
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across a dynamic events portfolio
