You’ll play a key role partnering with regional sales teams to deliver campaigns, optimise lead generation and ensure the brand is consistently represented across all customer touchpoints.

The Opportunity:
Working alongside senior marketing leadership, you will support the delivery of marketing initiatives that help achieve key sales and lead generation targets across multiple regions. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders, digital partners, developers and internal teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with business objectives.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive and highly organised , with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Insights & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse market data including customer insights, competitor activity, marketing performance and sales trends
- Prepare regular reports on leads, sales performance, SEO, competitor activity and market share
- Use insights to support product positioning and marketing strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and marketing channels
- Support ongoing brand positioning and customer segmentation initiatives
- Maintain and manage brand guidelines across the business
- Develop and execute local area marketing initiatives to support sales targets
- Manage sponsorships, community partnerships and shopping centre promotions
- Plan and execute events and activations including cultural and community events
- Build partnerships with developers and local stakeholders
- Support the strategy and launch of new display homes including signage, content and customer experience assets
- Coordinate production of photography, video, walkthrough content and social media assets
- Manage display marketing assets and coordinate launches and decommissioning activities
- Manage digital lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google
- Oversee paid media calendars, A/B testing and campaign optimisation
- Manage relationships with key third-party lead platforms and property portals
- Support ATL campaign execution including TV, radio and broader media where required
- Oversee production of marketing collateral including product guides, range books and promotional materials
- Maintain website content including displays, product information, pricing and promotions
- Work with internal teams to produce blog and campaign content
- Work closely with sales leaders and advisors to ensure they are supported with marketing tools and insights
- Assist with CRM initiatives including dashboards, reporting and training
- Ensure sales teams are equipped to maximise lead conversion
- Manage local area marketing budgets aligned with sales targets
- Contribute to marketing budget planning and strategy
- Deliver campaigns that drive strong lead generation and support sales outcomes
- Marketing experience within residential home building, property or a related industry
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and lead generation
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms highly regarded
