The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Digital & CRM Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in delivering the organisation’s digital marketing program across website, social media, SEO and content execution.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in content creation, enjoys working across multiple digital touchpoints, and is passionate about creating engaging, customer-focused experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end website content updates, ensuring an optimal customer experience
- Develop, curate and publish engaging social media content aligned to brand and campaign objectives
- Build and manage content calendars across website and social platforms
- Generate and manage user-generated content (UGC), including influencers, customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to source and amplify stories and campaigns
- Support development and execution of digital and social media strategy, including SEO initiatives
- Partner with external SEO and digital agencies to optimise performance
- Work closely with in-house design to develop assets for digital campaigns
- Support website enhancement and optimisation projects
- Monitor performance, prepare reporting and provide actionable insights
- Stay across digital trends and innovation to continuously improve content effectiveness
You are a proactive and detail-oriented digital marketer with a growth mindset. You are confident in how you communicate and work with others. You enjoy balancing creativity with data and are confident working across multiple digital platforms.
You will bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar digital marketing or content-focused role
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Basic video and image editing skills (Canva, Photoshop or similar)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder management capabilities
- A solid understanding of the customer journey and digital touchpoints
- A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
