We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing marketing team within a customer-focused business that delivers loyalty, rewards, and promotional marketing solutions across Australia.

In this role, you’ll act as the strategic bridge between clients, internal delivery, and business growth , working closely with the General Manager – Marketing as their 2IC. You’ll lead client strategy and campaign execution, mentor a small team, and play a key role in shaping future marketing initiatives.

✨ What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end client marketing strategy across loyalty, rewards, promotions, and campaigns
  • Oversee the EDM process , including content strategy, segmentation, optimisation, and reporting
  • Manage campaign calendars, briefs, and content delivery across multiple clients
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor and manage team members to achieve growth and performance goals
  • Collaborate across marketing, client service, tech, and partnerships teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Provide strategic insights, reporting, and recommendations to drive commercial success
  • Support broader business planning, growth initiatives, and continuous improvement in campaign delivery

  • 5–8 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role
  • Strong background in loyalty, promotions, CRM, and digital-first marketing
  • Proven experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent skills in email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms) and content creation (Canva preferred)
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into action
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Agency, rewards, fintech, media, or CX experience highly desirable
