We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join a high-performing marketing team within a well-established residential building group. In this role, you’ll support the planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, elevate customer experience, and drive engagement across multiple touchpoints.

About the Role

As a key support to the Marketing Manager, you will help deliver integrated marketing and communications activity across digital, social, print and events. Your day-to-day will be varied and hands-on, spanning:

Marketing Coordination
  • Assist with the development and delivery of marketing and communications plans.
  • Prepare and manage briefs, coordinate suppliers and support campaign roll-outs.
  • Assist with public relations, events, award submissions and promotions.
  • Maintain and update website content through CMS platforms.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to support insights and positioning.
Digital, Social & Content
  • Create engaging content for social media channels, newsletters and digital campaigns.
  • Support video and photography requirements, including working with creators when needed.
  • Schedule and manage content across multiple social platforms.
  • Analyse social and website performance metrics to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Contribute ideas that bring fresh creativity to digital activity.
Brand & Collateral
  • Coordinate production of print and digital collateral including brochures, signage, publications and promotional materials.
  • Manage stock levels, organise distribution and ensure assets are accurate and on-brand.
  • Support brand marketing initiatives across multiple business units.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team, sales teams and external agencies.
  • Support broader community, brand and charitable initiatives.
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused, team-oriented culture.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing or social media role.
  • Strong creative, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholders at once.
  • Solid understanding of digital and social media best practice.
  • Experience writing engaging copy for digital channels, campaigns and collateral.
  • Working knowledge of website CMS, social scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience coordinating creative suppliers, photographers or videographers (highly regarded).
  • Understanding of SEO principles (desirable).
  • Marketing or Communications degree, or equivalent practical experience.
