Marketing and loyalty play a pivotal role in the strategy, with a strong emphasis on digital innovation, direct bookings, and building lasting relationships with both guests and partners.
The Role:
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering multi-channel marketing and loyalty initiatives. You’ll bring campaigns to life, craft engaging social media strategies, and lead loyalty program activity that drives member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Campaigns – Plan, brief, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and increase reservations.
- Loyalty – Manage and grow the loyalty program through member communications, franchisee training, and partnership activations.
- Social Media – Lead the social strategy, create inspiring content, and be the voice of the community across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Reporting – Monitor performance, produce insights, and recommend optimisations to improve results.
- Degree qualified in Marketing, PR, Communications, or Journalism.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong digital marketing skills (Google Analytics, CMS, social media tools).
- Confident communicator who builds relationships with ease.
- A natural storyteller - capable of driving customer growth via engaging loyalty and retention based campaigns.
- Creative, analytical, and commercially minded.
- Experience in tourism, leisure, education, e-commerce, or retail.
- Photoshop, video editing, and WordPress/HTML skills.
