An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and hands-on Marketing Executive
to join a leading player in the residential property / construction industry. Reporting to the Marketing Manager
, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging campaigns that bring the brand to life and drive meaningful results across multiple customer touchpoints.
This is a diverse role covering campaign delivery, content creation, and post-campaign analysis, ideal for a marketing professional looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across both ATL and BTL channels , including print, digital, social, and outdoor.
- Manage day-to-day social media activity — planning, scheduling, and publishing engaging content aligned with brand messaging.
- Create and coordinate content marketing initiatives, including blogs, eDMs, and promotional materials to support lead generation and brand storytelling.
- Assist in the rollout of major brand campaigns , ensuring consistency across all channels and alignment with key business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing materials on time and within budget.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting , providing insights and recommendations to optimise future activity.
- Support event coordination, sponsorships, and partnership activations where required.
- Maintain brand integrity across all communications and marketing collateral.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field .
- 2+ years' experience in a marketing or campaign coordination role , ideally within property, construction, or residential development .
- Strong understanding of social media management , content creation , and email marketing platforms .
- Experience analysing marketing metrics and preparing post-campaign reports .
- Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and autonomously on multiple projects.
- A proactive and creative approach, with high attention to detail and a drive to deliver results.
- Previous experience in the property, home building, or residential development sector.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools , CRM systems , or Google Analytics .
