Are you a detail-obsessed, data-driven eCommerce coordinator with a passion for apparel, product storytelling, and high-performing digital experiences?

We’re looking for a hands-on eCommerce Coordinator to help shape and deliver an exceptional online journey across a growing portfolio of apparel and lifestyle products. If you love a fast-paced environment, know your way around Shopify , and get a buzz from seeing great product content drive real results—this could be your ideal next step.

About the Brand Australian-owned and inspired by regional lifestyles and values, this well-loved heritage brand is known for quality apparel, outerwear, footwear, and lifestyle products for men, women, and children. What You’ll Do As the eCommerce Coordinator, you’ll execute the digital trade calendar, manage product launches, and keep the online store looking and performing its best. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Aligning product visibility and content with trade campaigns and seasonal promotions
  • Managing digital product setup: imagery, descriptions, tagging, and categorisation
  • Merchandising collections based on stock levels, performance metrics, and insights
  • Briefing and collaborating with design on conversion-focused content and assets
  • Updating homepages, banners, product pages, and category layouts
  • Implementing timely pricing changes, promotions, and offers
  • Troubleshooting and auditing the site to ensure optimal UX and performance
  • Managing redirects and maintaining SEO best practices
  • Keeping content fresh and relevant—blogs, feature edits, and seasonal collections
  • Reporting on product performance trends such as “New In” and “Back in Stock”
  • Supporting UAT testing and digital optimisation initiatives
  • Maintaining tools, templates, and documentation for digital workflows
  • Being a champion of consistency, brand tone, and the customer journey
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in an eCommerce or digital merchandising role, ideally in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle retail
  • Solid experience using Shopify 2.0 , including CMS and front-end merchandising
  • High attention to detail and a passion for great digital product presentation
  • Comfortable using performance data and insights to drive decisions
  • Understanding of SEO, user journey mapping, and conversion optimisation
  • Proactive communicator and natural collaborator with strong time management
  • Bonus: Familiarity with UAT, automation tools, or reporting platforms like Google Analytics
What’s in it for You
  • Work with a well-established, fast-growing retail brand undergoing digital transformation
  • Be part of a passionate and down-to-earth team that values initiative and collaboration
  • Make a visible impact on the digital customer experience
  • Enjoy a hybrid working model and a culture that supports growth and development.
