We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist
to join a leading Australian fashion group. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering digital campaigns that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement across a portfolio of womenswear brands.
✨ What you’ll be doing
- Executing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, Criteo, and affiliate networks
- Driving paid social strategies to grow audiences, engagement, and sales
- Collaborating with Brand, CRM, and eCommerce teams to develop content calendars and SEO-led initiatives
- Monitoring performance data and providing insights to inform optimisation and strategy
- Supporting organic social strategies and community engagement best practice
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends and identifying new opportunities to test and learn
- 2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role (retail or agency background preferred)
- Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, affiliates, SEO, and CRM
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Confidence in using Google Analytics (GA4) to interpret campaign performance
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A curious, data-driven mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
