- Designing and implementing automated campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Building workflows, triggers, and segmentation strategies to optimise customer journeys.
- Collaborating with marketing, eCommerce, IT, and retail teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Analysing performance data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.
- Training and supporting internal teams on CRM best practices and automation tools.
- 3–5 years’ experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Emarsys, Klaviyo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle management, email/SMS marketing, and segmentation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
