.A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Project Lead to join a well-known organisation at the centre of Australia’s live events, entertainment, and sport industries. This role is central to the smooth execution and production of creative marketing outputs across campaigns, digital, signage, video, and publications.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Project Lead has a key role in translating marketing strategy into well-executed, tangible outputs. This individual will bring a creative lens and a solutions-focused mindset to a fast-paced marketing environment, driving high-quality production-led outputs. You'll support the team in working smarter, faster, and more collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

You’ll bring structure, clarity and efficiency to a fast-paced marketing team, ensuring every piece of work is delivered on time, on brand and to the highest standard. This is a hands-on, collaborative role working with internal stakeholders and external vendors alike.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of creative production and marketing projects
  • Champion brand alignment across the organisation, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders understand and consistently apply Melbourne Park brand values, visual identity, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to develop comprehensive creative briefs by clarifying objectives, timelines, and key deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, resources and approvals via Monday.com
  • Support briefing, creative development and stakeholder alignment
  • Coordinate the design and production work program, including resourcing, procurement/supplier management, approvals, and dispatch
  • Assist with essential financial administration, including raising purchase orders, tracking invoices, and reconciling marketing-related expenditures
  • Uphold brand standards and quality control across all marketing assets
  • Liaise with internal teams to deliver signage, digital, event and publication support
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing production, /project management client-side or agency 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadline focus
  • Strong project management, organisation, and prioritisation skills and experience with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence working across creative teams and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements, with a good understanding of workflows and a proactive approach to increasing efficiency
  • Comfortable managing systems, suppliers and budgets
  • Bonus: Experience in sport, entertainment or large-scale public events
