to join a supportive team part-time (3 days per week)
to help bring campaigns, content, and member events to life.
In this diverse role, you’ll support a range of marketing initiatives across email, social media, content, events, and campaign coordination. You’ll also play a key role in planning and delivering events
that connect and engage our national membership base.

They have a close-knit marketing team is collaborative, energetic, and committed to delivering meaningful experiences and communications for our members across both B2B and B2C channels.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule member communications including email newsletters and eDMs
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across key platforms
- Assist in the planning, promotion and delivery of national and state-based events , both in-person and virtual
- Coordinate logistics and marketing materials for events, webinars, and member forums
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive member engagement
- Update and maintain content across the website and digital channels
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging
- Track performance and compile reports on key marketing activities and engagement
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or events coordination role
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Confident using platforms like Mailchimp, Canva, CMS tools, and social media schedulers
- Event coordination experience, with an understanding of logistics and promotional support
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Experience in a membership or not-for-profit environment is a bonus
